Formally operated by Tom Kerrison, the Double P Orchard
became the Orchard Hill Farm Orchard in 2008.

Welcome to Orchard Hill Farm! Owners and longtime Cumberland residents Erin & Robert Pierce have re-established  the apple orchard as a U-pick business, keeping up the long-standing tradition fondly remembered by so many of the local residents.

After U-pick season ends, the bakery brings the heat with orders for pies and other pastry treats. Orchard Hill is more than just an orchard. We are a shining example of sustainable farming just 20 miles away from Portland.

In a move to remember the past, and to preserve tradition in the future, the Pierces have a beautifully restored John Deere tractor for free hay rides on Saturdays and Sundays for guests.

In addition to enjoying the fresh air while picking your own apples you can visit the renovated farm store to purchase apples by the bushel or the peck. Other delectable items in our store include: fresh bottled cider, apple pies, jams, soap, baskets, woodcraft, gourds, and pumpkins grown by the Pierces' son.

While warming up by the wood stove, guests can enjoy Green Mountain Coffee and Orchard Hill's delicious hot cider. Don't forget about our homemade baked goods from our new on site baker!

Be sure to visit this fall.
